No man is an island. The core of anxiety and depression is isolation. That isolation is not mindless isolation, it's an isolation with a voice of defeat and condemnation. That voice wants to keep you alone and only hearing its voice of devastation and destruction. Anxiety and depression has to have agreement to continue. Break allegiance and agreement with isolation and a false presence. Be intentionally genuine with others and yourself. Being created in God's image and after His likeness is the core of your true value. Prune away all that is an obstruction to the simplicity of life and vitality. Begin with forgiving yourself and others on the sheer principle that you can. Choose community because you are as much a necessity to others as they are to you.
